Its manufacturing plant is one of the most modern cosmetics production facilities in Hungary, located in Dunakeszi, which with its design and technological solutions is undoubtedly at the forefront of Europe and rivals any similar industrial facility of any Western manufacturer.
Pharmaceutical Technology used to Make cosmetics
The aim was to create uncompromising conditions for the production of pharmaceuticals. The production, filling, packaging and research, microbiology and quality control laboratories are completely enclosed in clean, closed spaces. The continuous air exchange and dust-free environment is ensured by 2 huge air purifiers and ventilators. The air duct is disinfected with Germicidal lamp to maintain maximum hygiene.
Cosmetic Mixing and filling with 21st century technology
On the production floor, a number of vacuum turbo emulsifiers help to produce the most complex formulations and highest quality cosmetic emulsions, as well as thousands of kilograms of cosmetics per day. In the filling area, fully automatic and semi-automatic equipment ensures the filling and labelling of prepared liquids, creams and gels into jars and tubes. With the available equipment, a production capacity up to 20-30 thousand products per day can be achieved.
